Everybody needs to stop yelling.

That said, I agree with the woman. We have a populace based communicative ability that our founders never dreamed of, the internet. Every citizen has the ability to instantaneously download, review and vote on legislation through this tool.

We, the people of the United States should petition the government to allow for voting on specific issues at a State AND Federal level, respectively.
