It’s hard to tell from the photo but he (or she) is about 12-13 inches long and very slender, as King Snakes are. Very gentle and “cute.”

Ted.com is a video web site similar to youtube.com but all the content is published and managed by TED. The video topics range from science to philosophy, most of which is very, very interesting and educational. I highly recommend this site.
